- Rates include the service of housekeeper.
- Payments: Casa Perezoso requires a 50% deposit due at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival for holiday bookings.
- Cancellation/Refund Policy: Upon cancellation, deposits are refundable only if the reserved space can be re-booked for the exact same dates minus a $200 service fee. No credits or refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
