Casa Perezoso - “House of the Lazy”
Located on Calle Santa Barbara in Amapas, Casa P is set directly above the legendary Playa Los Muertos beach and the famous seahorse statue. Enjoy incredible ocean views, including the famous Los Muertos pier. Only a few steps outside the house on the South side of the Almar hotel, you will find recently remodeled stairs for beach access. At the bottom, find yourself stepping onto the sand in between Mantamar and Vallarta Shores. Located a short stroll from the many restaurants, shops and clubs of the romantic zone and all the excitement Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can also easily catch a taxi right outside the house in front of the Almar Hotel.
Casa Perezoso is a four-level traditional Mexican style home with modern flair. The home includes exposed brick and natural stone and is uniquely decorated with antiques and original art. Casa Perezoso is the perfect private villa for you to enjoy the ideal lazy holiday under the warm tropical sun.

Main Floor / Entry level
Once you pass through the large wooden doors, guests are greeted by the sound and the sights of the ocean below. The entry level is a dramatic, large open area that has a Mexican-style kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with banquette seating. A convenient powder room is also located on this level. The comfortable living area is completely open to the ocean views to the west allowing tropical breezes to move throughout the home incorporating seamlessly the indoor living spaces with the outside terrace.
Upstairs – Suites 1 & 2
Up one level, guests will find two primary Suites with full bathrooms en suite. Primary Suite 1 with a King Bed has a magnificent bathroom tiled in Moroccan inspired tile work. There is a sitting area on the balcony outside this suite. Primary Suite 3 to the South features a king bed with a Mexican-tiled sunken tub and shower. The Suites can be open to the sea breeze or closed for air conditioned comfort.
Downstairs – Suites 3 & 4 – Fourier
Down one level from the main entrance are 2 more bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms. Both rooms feature ocean views and can be either open sea breezes or closed for air conditioned comfort. Suite 3 to the North offers one Queen bed and bathroom with shower. Suite 4 to the South has a King bed and a Mexican-tiled bathroom with shower. Between the two bedrooms there is an intimate sitting area with a Single Daybed.
Terrace
Up one more level is the private rooftop terrace. The terrace features a spectacular 360 degree view of the ocean, downtown and lush mountains. There is a palapa-covered bar made complete with a sink and refrigerator. A built-in tiled service bar runs the length of the terrace, perfect for entertaining. The dipping pool is the ideal place to re-charge your batteries after spending the day in the sun or shopping Vallarta’s numerous boutiques. Here, you will also discover a sofa, loveseat and lounge chairs in a gathering area perfect for sunset cocktails, along with a dining area. A convenient powder room can also be found on this level.
