Rates

Minimum Night Stay: 4 night minimum Summer (Value), 5 night minimum Winter (High) and 7 night minimum Holiday. 

All prices quoted are in USD.

• Add 20% (16% IVA +4% Bed) Mexican Hotel Tax.

• Rates include the service of housekeeper (excludes Gratuity)

• Payments: Casa Perezoso requires a 25% deposit due at time of booking. Second payment of 25% 90 days prior to arrival and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and 90 days prior to arrival for holiday bookings.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: No fee for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival. 50% cancellation fee for 30 to 60 days prior to arrival. Non-refundable for any cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival. Please call or email for Holiday Season Cancellation Policy.
